Consistently great service! Julie is very skilled and professional. She always creates a very friendly relaxed atmosphere, and gives very valuable advice. I'm always happy with my haircut. I love the setting in the log cabin.

Wanted to leave a postive review after receiving many compliments on my cut and colour this week! Mango hair salon is situated in a gorgeous garden cabin so appointments always private and relaxing. Stylist always listens to my ideas but also happy to suggest new ones and I've always been really happy with with results. Thanks to Julie my hair is in the best condition it's been in years. I would not go anywhere else!
I had the most wonderful time working with Julie. She is so friendly, professional, and fun. During the bridal hair trial, she went through my inspiration photos and my goals for the day to provide me with advice on which hairstyle would work best. For the wedding, she made a schedule so that she could maximize the time spent working on our hair. This allowed us to work efficiently so that we had plenty of time afterward for the photos. Since I had a morning wedding, with six people requiring hairstyling, it was crucial that we stayed on time so that other events were not delayed. The hairstyles were lovely and really complemented all of my bridesmaids and my mom. They looked amazing, and judging by their expressions, they felt amazing too. Finally, our hairstyles lasted the whole day - through rain, snow, and hail (all of which happened on the day). Since I had a long wedding day, this was important to me, and I’m glad my hair looked impeccable to the very end. All in all, I highly recommend Julie if you are looking for a hairstylist for your wedding. She is incredibly organized and does an amazing job.
Julie is the best hairdresser i have been to and i am never going to to look for another hairdresser. I went in looking to colour my hair but all the other hairdressers i have been to before have told me it will be hard to colour my Asian hair as it is so dark but Julie said she will work on it and get me the colour I want and she did get me the hair colour i was looking for. I have also got hair extensions done and they were amazing. All my visits to the salon has been good value for money and always left the salon feeling happy about how my hair.
Fantastic! Julie was great at recreating the style from the photo I showed her, with the balayage coming through just how I wanted. Shes great at making sure you know everything that she needs to do, and the steps to get the look you want. Very honest as well, giving tips on how to make the colour last longer and not tricking you into treatments you dont need! Would 100% recommend. Glad I've finally found a hairdresser!
I've been going to Julie for nearly six years! She is absolutely wonderful - she is so professional, knows her stuff and always does an amazing job and she's so caring (following a cancer diagnosis she went above and beyond to make sure I looked and felt my best). Can't recommend Mango Hair Salon highly enough!!
I have now had my 3rd appointment with Julie at Mango Hair Salon and am so pleased with the progress made so far and the plans for future appointments. Instead of just putting any colour on my hair, Julie has discussed at length with me about the colour(s) I would like my hair to be and the process needed to follow to acheive this, along with what we think will suit me rather than me saying I'd like 'x' colour and then Julie accommodating me. I've had my hair one colour or another for a long time, but never had the shade I really wanted, from being told I shouldn't have it and also using shop bought dyes so I am delighted Julie is actually taking the time & trouble to get me there in stages so it's done correctly. Julie is so lovely, kind & friendly and I do not feel anxious about going for my appointments, it is now a treat rather than a task. Can not praise Julie enough.
