   I went in the salon today to die my. Luna did amazing work. She created gorgeous hair to me and took care of all of the small details (with discussion). She is the kindest person ever, who works with passion and cares through the whole process. She is the loveliest person.    Had a great experience at this salon with Luna. She was very professional and was able to advise me on my colour change. She was very chatty and made me feel at ease during my visit. I love the colour and the cut she gave me. Would definitely book in again with her if I was ever in the area again . Thank you

   Second visit to this salon this year. Excellent on both occasions. The stylists listened to what I wanted when it came to length and layers, left my hair very clean and shiny too. The first occasion I visited was prior to a family funeral, the lady who served me was extremely sympathetic about my bereavement and wished me well. It's nice to have dealings like this. Please don't read the negative reviews here, see for yourself.

   My hair cut was done by Barbara , she was very nice and professional. No complaints. She made me feel comfortable by giving my hair a nice look. I truly appreciate her efforts. I went for the first time and expected this to be a nice experience. However it was not so. The reason I am giving a 3 star is because I was made feel totally unwelcome by another stylist there in the Merrion centre branch as soon as I stepped in. She was very rude to say the least. Her attitude towards me was kind of racist and she was not happy that I was waiting in the salon for my turn. She repeatedly told me that I can leave and come back when they are ready to serve me and a text will be sent. Even when there was no one else seemed to be waiting, Barbara told me to come over and sit so that she can serve my requirement, that lady then told Barbara not to serve me and wait for other people instead which was really so insulting for me, to say the least. I would not recommend her to serve me ever. They should put a board in front of their salon saying 'non British not allowed' I suppose. Too humiliating an experience !

   The prices are deffo misleading. I feel like she cut my hair shorter than I wanted and it still has a lot split ends. I went in for a trim and she said wavy hair can’t be cut dry. I’ve had dry hair cut plenty of times but I got roped into paying extra for just a wash and trim and she didn’t even blow dry it completely. It was still wet when I left. Was a pretty bog standard experience considering my usual hairdresser charges me less and I get a cut, wash & finish. Also, usually hairdressers get rid of your split ends. Wasn’t expecting five star service but feel like I got ripped off/ half the experience by a hairdresser that seemed like she couldn’t be bothered.

   Went in for wash cut styme felt like the ladynreally rushed doing my hair and waant worth the money i paid my hair is quite frizzy and i always get it straightened after blowdry. Was told it would be extra 5 pounds to straighten it never heatd this at a salon before

   Luna has been amazing, a lovely and very professional hair stylist. Just scan the QR code and register online to join the queue. You receive a text 10 minutes in advance to let you know when it's your turn. I highly recommend.

   The staff was apparently quite negative regarding whatever style or cut I suggested. She just did a normal cut and it was not satisfactory. She suggested a hair treatment but just applied a cream for hardly 10 seconds and charged me for that. When I asked what cream it was, she is like it was a special cream. Very bad experience it was my 1st salon visit in the uk.

   My visit to your hairdressers was such a disgrace my hair has massive chunks cut out of it I’d have been better off having a bald cut as I suspect that’s the only thing you’d be good at I have complained to trading standards and await a refund, AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you have money to waste!!!
