   I took my teenage son to get him a pair of running shoes on Sunday 12th Oct Fred, who helped us, couldn't have been more patient, accommodating and generally great. Started with gait analysis and went through a number of different options in terms of stiffness and support. For context, this was the third time my wife or I have attempted to sort out the running shoe problem – each time until now unsuccessfully (largely due to the recalcitrance of said teenager...). Many thanks, Fred, and much appreciated.

   I visited the shop yesterday and was greeted by Sam. I told Sam what I wanting to get out of a new pair of running trainers and he recommended I go on the treadmill to assess my running pattern and recommend trainers that will suit me based on how I land and if I need extra supportive trainers. Sam listened to what I wanted to use the trainers for and recommended several pairs of running trainers and let me try them all on and have a run in them to see what I felt most comfortable and supported in. All around Brilliant service. Sam and the team at UP & Running Teddington are super knowledgeable and friendly, it was so reassuring to have a running Coach listen to what you want and help you out.

   Went in looking for a very specific set of trail shoes and session shoes. Hashi and Tom were both very helpful in finding me the right shoe for me. Both were very knowledgable and helpful and I couldn't be happier with both my new shoes. Highly recommend!

   The staff were all super knowledgeable and friendly when I visited. I'm very new to running and my confidence isn't that great. I was given a treadmill assessment and tried on a variety of trainers. Then that evening it was suggested to join their social running group. I was very apprehensive at first as I'm a slow runner and hadn't yet completed a 5k all the way! But I'm so glad I did. They were so welcoming. Lucky for me I also had another women who was my companion at the back of the group, running in the dark through bushy Park was an experience. I completed my first 5k and had a great time doing it. Thank you up and running for helping me find the confidence to step out of my comfort zone.
