after paying £150 and worn 35-49 times just a disappointed by Timberland and this brans is just end for me Timberland damned chatbot said it is 2 year under warranty and pointed me this store and staff said. they provide 1 year warrant. They dont happen to know the first thing about warrant condition and terms. This is a study-case why you dont buy anything from Timberland and How easy to lose a loyal customer. Hey Timberland, just check your Crm and how i am buying stuff from your disappointed Brand
Visit today the store in Westfield's to browse and eventually buy a pair of black boots for winter. I found nice staff members that assisted me with the shoe size I needed and I got a 10% discount when joining the Timberland community. Spot ON good experience overall and happy with the product.
Lie lie lie - just use a different store I have lots of things from Timberland and I wouldn’t expect that such a respected brand would have such careless employees. This shop is full of ‘SALE’ labels. On boots, jackets etc. We wanted to get this jacket which was also on sale and every single jacket of this type had the same price tag. Surprise, surprise, when we got to the till ‘someone’ changed the label and that price was not right. It was not on sale. How ‘someone’ changed the label on all the items? The head office needs to seriously look into how this store prices or sells items. Who knows how many people end up paying triple the price of what they thought they were buying just because they didn’t realise or felt embarrassed to refuse it when they get to the till. It’s lowkey a scam. They have to display the real price. Very disappointing!
Relatively bigger Timberland store compared to other stores in London. Got good selection of Boots and Winter clothes well arranged. Good customer service by Nick and Divya. Where very helpful with the selection of boots and cleared out queries promptly. Above all good Manager who was very helpful. Unfortunately the lady at the till was very rude. It made our purchase experience a mixed one.
