I was quoted £32 for a hair cut and then charged £38 with no explanation despite the price list saying £32. Whilst the customer service was pleasant I asked for long layers in my hair - I was left with short layers above my ears. The haircut was decent but definitely worth the price as not what I asked for
Great all age attraction. Make sure you stay to the very end of the day. The big cats are especially active later on. Toilets kept very clean and well stocked. Great range of food outlets. Reasonably priced
