What a lovely store! Came in for my first ever Gait Analysis and I left feeling super confident and happy with my result/purchase. Great environment and fantastic staff! I traveled to come to this specific store and I would do it again without hesitation!
Went in for some new running shoes. Great service from the start from genuinely helpful staff & it's obvious they really know their shoes. They didn't have the size I needed but they can sort that easily via the website (with free delivery and a complimentary discount included). Overall great experience compared to other London running shops I've previously visited.
Quality service from the get go. found this boutique store on Google, gave the guys a ring, a quick chat to explain what I was after, 15 mins in the car and I was there. As soon as I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable. These guys know their stuff as I was left in their hands. A personal service where I was analysed by eye, then filmed while running on the treadmill. Also had a quick run down the street to properly test the shoes out. Five different pairs of shoes from multiple well known brands, it ended up being a flip of the coin from the two Brooks options. Yes, you may pay a little more than what you would online, but that extra personal touch is something I’m willing to do. The whole experience may have lasted 30 mins, but I cannot recommend these guys highly. Definitely will be my running shoe supplier of choice in the future.
Excellent, so happy to have found this gem! Knowledgeable, helpful, interested, friendly service from a staff made up of experienced runners. They offer a comprehensive range of running shoes and kit and gait analysis is thorough, straightforward and revelatory. The shop was buzzing with customers when I visited but everyone was looked after in a calm, cheerful and efficient manner. Just go here, simple.
By far one of the greatest customer service experiences I have had. The gait analysis was easy to follow and I felt like I left being heard and valued (and with a brand new pair of perfectly fitted running shoes). Will be coming back here to purchase some long distance runners in the near future!

I don't normally write reviews, but Ricky and Luke went far above and beyond what I expected to help me find the perfect shoe as well as provide a lot of very helpful running advice. As others have mentioned, they were extremely patient and happily answered all my (many) questions. Cheers guys and see you again soon!
Luke was super helpful today assessing my running on the treadmill and recommending a pick of four trainer options he felt would best work for me. He selected ones at different price points to give flexibility and explained in depth the merits of each. For a purchase such as this you want the expertise, and I’m very glad I dropped by! Definitely worth a visit if you are just getting into running or need a new shoe that’s going to fit you properly!

Good local run shop. Well stocked with various items of kit from trainers to clothes, accessories and nutrition/hydration. Knowledgeable and very helpful team. Supporting local run clubs as well.
