   The service was shocking. I asked for gel nails and to remove the gel I had on. They used a drill that hurt and burned my nail. I let her know and she didn't change the way she worked and made me feel bad for letting her know. The next time it happened it really hurt and she then put them in a gel remover solution for a few minutes and said this doesn't work. The gel I had on was done by them and was not a builder gel. She seemed very annoyed with me for this and that it was taking her long than she would like it to. Then she asked me what shape I wanted and I said the same I had, I don't know what it is called. She thought I said almond. I let her know right away when she started and she looked at me and told me to stop confusing her. This made the appointment awkward. After some time I asked her recommendation on a colour to try to break the bad air. She then said I don't know you so you will need to just pick something. I really couldn't wait to get out of there as the service was so bad. The place is good for not needing an appointment without pre-booking; but depending who you have the woman with glasses is rude, works fast and guess how much you should pay and seems to differ to the price list.

   Had my nails done for 1 week and half my real nail is already showing. I went in with my 2 yr old in the pram not something I have ever done but she was quite vocal and loud and the woman kept telling her to be quiet. Thought she was quite rude especially when I tried to inociate conversation as I don't like awkward silence and she was very dismissive and said he knew all she needed to. Will not go there again and I don't recommend. 36 quid for basic nails that already need infills.

   Its a shame they only have the gel polishes available and none of the standard ones, the gels damage my nails so not a fan. Had to ask them to remove the nail varnish I had on with remover as they wanted to use the nail drill ...

   Very accurate to my photo, stayed on for a good amount of time and could withstand if I caught them or banged them by accident, not that long waiting for them to be done as it is a walk in I do recommend going

   Acrylic nails and gel polish were sourced and they did a shocking service. Brutalised nails before doing a bodge job of the acrylic nail application by using to big a nail with cheap glue you can get anywhere. Then asked for dainty daisy's on nail and put stickers on that stuck up off of the nails that looked nothing like the picture shown to the chap - ironically they chipped off or tore off so had to paint the nails to make them look decent. Then to add insult to injury two of the nails popped off whilst pegging out the washing. Needless to say I would give a zero if Google let me and would not recommend this company or shop at all. Shockingly bad and the products they use are rubbish and I suspect illegal in this country!!
