   Just a heads up for anyone going to this place and that doesn't use Facebook. You're not allowed to take your kids with you. I booked my app over the phone paid my deposit in the shop and not one person mentioned this. I didnt know untill I got there with my 11yr I could understand if she was a very small young child, Apparently its because of covid and their policy doesn't cover it. That its all over Facebook but not everybody has that so staff should inform when booking over the phone instead of leaving it untill you get there.

   First time using this Nail salon for Acrylic Nails and my last. Nice general chit chat however I ended up with my nail tips glued on bent and all my acrylics misshaped and horrible. With them being bent it's now caused my natural nail to grow misshaped too, I showed my friends and family and they was shocked how they was so bent. Got the colour I wanted but got burnt few times with the Nail Drill during prep, it seemed to be a really rushed application and In the end I was just glad that I got some sort of nails done as it had been so long since I not treated myself in ages after alot of things happening.. So I was like "oh well, it's alright." They started lifting after a couple of weeks and popped off and I must say they have really damaged my own nails as I have had acrylics before I have never had damage to my nails like this before, not ever. I will not be going there again there's plenty more choice which I think will actually do a proper job and be alot more on the ball with arranging things and just overall customer service.
