   Terrible customer service Security on the front door has a bad attitude problem, would rather chat with his friends and when asked a question he was extremely rude. Not worth the minimum wage he is being paid. Staff don’t acknowledge you it’s like the customer is a hassle. Go to JD instead.

   I have been a customer of this store for several years! I always come back here with my family to shop. The Manager Dominic is the best salesperson in London, nice, polite, patient, the best service I have ever had in my life! Full culture and professionalism! Very good approach to the customer! I will definitely come back!

   The worst shop ever!!! Staff are very rude, they are ignoring costumers and looks like they are having great fun together while customers are waiting for ever to be serve. The music in this shop is so loud and horrible, I got headache after 5 minutes but needed to spend much more to be serve, after 15 minutes waiting for my shoes I was told that they wasn’t ordered and they will do it now which was another endless minutes of waiting until I got fed up and walked away. The worst shop ever, avoid it if you can!!!!

   Went to Brixton footlocker today to exchange my sons trainers for a bigger size. I didn’t have a receipt as they were a gift. The manager was very understanding and allowed me to exchange the trainers. The service was really good and I believe her name was rasheeda. We left very happy customers.

   We were served my kash. He was extremely rude. Terrible customer service Awful energy. We even tried lightening the mood and having bants. Disgusting experience When asked the guy at till what was wrong with kash and why we had experiences such bad customer service, he said that’s just how he is. Well sorry that’s not good enough I can’t understand how he’s even lasting in his position. Horrible energy and experience
