Very rude staff. Walked into my arranged appointment to be met with Fran telling me I am late (I wasn’t), I was 5 mins early, and Jade telling me she only has 10 minutes available because she has a consultation booked in; I don’t know why the system didn’t tell her I was the consultation. Needless to say, I cancelled the consultation and won’t be returning. Very abrupt, clearly a failing computer system. I don’t know why they would treat customers like that considering they are sat around with no one in the salon. Waiting for the owner to call me please. I left my number.
