   I called at the pharmacy today Friday 28 November as I have asthma and had difficulty breathing and my blue inhaler was stuck so couldn’t get any respite. There was three men who were very making me feel very intimidated by not speaking English and speaking to each other. I asked if it was possible to get help with antibiotics. I was offered for them ring a private Doctor and private prescription which would cost me . To be fair I couldn’t tell which on was the pharmacy. I refused and they took my details to ring me with updates. I actually rang the doctors who saw me immediately because of very low oxygen levels and high heart rate.

   Never had an issue with this pharmacy until the past two days, called to enquire about a prescription that was delivered the girl who answered and who is also on the counter serving customers told me that I didn’t need to apply an exact dose and it would be fine when I told her I don’t feel comfortable taking antibiotics without an exact dose it was like she was doing me a favour putting the pharmacist on!! And today called to see if it was ready for collection and was told just call in and we will see what we can do, and would not tell me if it was ready or not then she hung up!! Had to call back and the pharmacist told me it was ready, when collecting the revised prescription ZERO customer service from her didn’t even say hello just snatched it out of the person collecting hands!! Who ever she is working there I think they need to decide if working in a customer facing environment is really for her or at least learn some manners

   I've been involved with this pharmacy since February as they are attached to my brothers GP practice. He needs medication to prolong his life. I ordered it last Friday and have been lied to every day . Try tomorrow, we've ordered it it'll be here tomorrow. 7 days later..it'll be here tomorrow. No apologies just a casual shrug of the shoulder. Terrible

   After months of being messed about from Tesco always needing to order in medication I’ve been on years and not have it in or if last minute prescription being told 2 days.. thought I’d try this chemist and they have always been fantastic even having prescriptions ready the same day it’s like night and day to other chemist experiences I’ve suffered… thanks.
