   Had an appointment for flu/COVID jab, turned up 10 min before appointment time, a few other people waiting, pharmacist more concerned with distributing prescription, was made to feel I was an inconvenience. Couldn't be bothered waiting any longer so left, made an appointment with another chemist. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HUB TO ANYONE.... Unless you wish to feel your an inconvenience and you like to be tutted at. On a scale of 1 to 10 , 1 being the lowest, I would score them a MINUS 25.

   Disappointed with my experience at The Hub inside Market Street Pharmacy (Hyde). I pre-booked a time slot for my flu jab via the NHS site, I picked a time with 20 minutes ahead to give enough time to collect my child from school nearby. Despite arriving on time, and checking in, I was left waiting. As the time ticked away and I risked being late for school pickup, I asked the staff for an update. Unfortunately, they seemed uncertain about the doctor's availability. When I expressed my concern about being late, the response was essentially "what would you like to do?" without any alternatives such as reassure how soon I’ll be seen, offer me to come back after school pick up or suggestions to reschedule. I ended up walking out without getting the jab, which was frustrating given they weren’t even seeing anyone before me, plus the lack of support from the staff. What’s the point of pre-booking the date and time slot if they won’t adhere to it themselves

   extremely good pharmacy always welcomed with a nice friendly smile waiting time is reasonable and they will happily go out of there way to help with situations that they could easily say they cant help with been attending this pharmacy for around 5yrs now and will never go anywhere else ALL the staff are great feel more like friends even down to the delivery driver. couldn't reccomend it high enough thankyou Martin and your team.
