   Worst chemist I've ever been too, you can go in whilst there's no other customers in and it will still be twenty minutes before you get served. I called in last week with a prescription after a trip to A & E and the girl finally came round to serve me, took my prescription, looked at it and said "we can't do any prescriptions right now" it was 11.30 in the morning not 1 minute before closing time. I've now changed chemist for my repeat prescription too as they neverhave it ready even when it's days after it being sent from the doctors. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

   Good customer service and knowledge of products, I have been to 5 different pharmacies but unable to get my medication. Boots Concord Way Dukinfield helped to order my prescription and was told to come pick it up the following week.

   I used to find this pharmacy good , however, since covid it’s been terrible and now I think they are using it as an excuse. My prescription used to be ready in 48 hours and now it’s taking at least 8 days from being authorised by my GP. I have to reorder my medication at least a week in advance and it’s still not ready. I’m going to change my pharmacy I think because this has been going on for over 6 months now. I’ve given two stars because the lady I spoke to today was very nice and asked me to call back in thirty minutes and it would be processed. I wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn’t called in.

   Convenient location. The service feels disorganised, often long wait outside, poor communication with gp next door and themselves (+ i received txt after they closed), staff ill day before bank holidays. Customers treated like cattle. Previous pharmacist they had was good with people skills.

   Boots chemist concorde way is a small pharmacy, where you can obtain prescriptions, and a small amounts of other items, mostly for flu, coughs n colds. Not many other items. Service is relatively fast, unless there is a queue for prescriptions. Not many staff, and not a large waiting area. Ground floor entrance. Parking is not a problem.

   Waited in a queue outside for 40 minutes to collect a click & collect item. There was zero communication from staff and unwilling to help by bringing my parcel out as I didn’t need counter service ir prescription. I am disabled and in a log of pain from standing. I understand the 2 in the shop policyhowever if it’s a collection only there should be a separate queue. Will it be using this location again and wouldn’t recommend to others.
