Utter waste of time. Book an appointment for a flu jab and they’ve ran out by the time i get there. How can they not ensure they have enough stock for bookings & then not bother letting you know either. Did the same last year. Useless.
Only just joined the pharmacy and the lady i spoke to on the phone couldn't do enough to help me out, they even gave me a follow up call to see how I was getting on with my new tablets.
Staff here were really helpful today. Due to awaiting confirmation from my GP surgery, I was unable to order my prescription until yesterday afternoon but a lovely woman at this pharmacy asked the pharmacist to process it when I called in, so I could get my blood pressure tablets without waiting until after the Bank Holiday weekend. Thank you both very much really appreciated it.
Very unprofessional pharmacist and pharmacy in Tameside area I really wonder how such people get licence to practice as a pharmacy who even doesn’t have basic manners to speak to patient .Unfortunately, I found the service to be below expectations. The staff members I interacted with were not only unhelpful but, at times, came across as dismissive and rude. As a patient, I rely on the pharmacy for essential services, and such an experience can be both frustrating and disheartening.

Usually really good but went Saturday for a prescription found out they are closed on Saturday now. Just been now and was told they won't open until 10 or 10.30 today. Absolute joke.
Fantastic staff. Really helpful. Made my visit really worthwhile. The pharmacist Abdul is very proffessional and efficient getting my prescription ready for me and calling my surgery, I really appreciate all the help, absolute lifesaver. Thank you
