this company is a absolute disgrace you have option of a premium delivery of 1-2 days When selected you may receive your parcel 5 days later if you are lucky. Patronising response when trying to query delivery information.
What bad service from this place, get a confirmation email saying order has been approved then following an email saying order has not been approved. What a terrible company. During and After COVID a lot of people are using online to purchase, very sad that this company hasn’t taken in to account that some people cannot just go out and buy medication that is needed on some occasions. Will not be purchasing anymore from this company.
April 13th I ordered a medical treatment from these shysters. I specifically chose 1-2 day delivery at a cost of £6.95 extra to get it fast. It is now 18th April and they STILL have not dispatched it. I have twice messaged them to ask to cancel the order and they have not replied. They have basically stolen my money and I am furious. I will be opening a small claims case to get my money back, even if it means being out of pocket as this is nothing short of theft. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Love this company my orders are always done quickly there nothing bad I can say about them at all would recommend to anybody. They answer any queries quickly and respectfully and on the two occasions I have had problems and the problems were royal mails fault not theirs they have sorted it quickly and efficiently my emails were always answered straight away. Amazing company.
Finally got my meds a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the postal label wasn't clear so the postman didn't know what flat to deliver it to so I have to go to depot. Sadly I didn't receive a tracking code till I complained at the delay on delivery. Nevertheless I love pharmacy first. They are great.
Great company & service - experienced an issue with a bottle of suncream bursting open during transit, but PharmacyFirst replied immediately to my email and sorted everything out very quickly and to my great satisfaction. Would definitely buy from them again.
I like the prices and the website is clear but even after paying for 1st class delivery they didn't dispatch for 6 days. Yes it's in their terms and conditions, if you look, that they can take ages to dispatch. in this day and age we expect things to be quicker so if you aren't in a hurry great use them but if you need things quickly try the local chemist.
