   Staff are rude and unhelpful, tell you when a prescription will be ready then claim you are wrong when go and collect, never have stock in for repeat prescriptions so have to wait longer than you should. Won’t let me leave another review but no improvements, prescriptions placed on Monday still not ready on Friday, and staff don’t seem to care

   Went in today half an hour before closing, it was chaotic to say the least. Every member of staff was incredibly rude, audibly sighing at customers and one actually shouting. These are sick people you are dealing with yet you can't have an ounce of professionalism when under pressure. I waited 45 minutes only to be told my prescription "couldn't be found in the system" which I suspect was a complete lie as I went elsewhere and it was there when they looked, I had to get a train into town due to this. I will avoid at all costs in the future.

   This was a brilliant chemist before it became McKeevers, now it's atrocious. Prescription ordered online Monday and approved by doctors. Supposed to be 48 hour to collect. Called Friday to collect and not ready. Told I would have to wait 30 minutes as it hadn't been prepared. Shocking service.

   Unfortunately my GP wasn't available due to a half day. I had a pretty bad eyelid infection and was very freaked out. The lovely staff saw me in short order and helped calm me down and realise it looked worse than it was. I was seen to be a chemist and pharmacist who were both helpful and lovely. Can't recommend enough!

   The local doctors surgery had issued the wrong prescription and my wife had almost run out of this vital medication. It was a Saturday and so the pharmacy actually closes earlier. Sanah the pharmacist on duty went well out of her way to help me get the correct prescription via the NHS line. Not only that, she also helped locate a pharmacy that had the prescription in stock at the very last minute.

   Just collected a prescription from here and they were very friendly and helpful. I called ahead, my prescription had been sent from my GP surgery in around 24 hours. They had the prescription ready for collection within an hour. Great service.

   Have used this chemist for 16 years and always found the ladies that work there helpful. Not today, the pharmacist who I spoke to was rude and walked away whilst talking to me, he managed to upset me enough for me to leave without making a purchase, (which could easily have been avoided) - to which he walked out after me and shouted down the road 'see you later!' Very rude, Very unprofessional, doubt I'll be going back.
