I have had to rely on controlled medication for the past year and in the early days it was difficult to get my prescription but since it has been a repeat for nearly a year it was going fine but I don't know what had changed in the past 2 months but constantly this chemist is failing to get the paperwork sorted. I can see when the doctors authorise it on the NHS app and when I ring up they say it "SHOULD" be ready. Yes I know it should, but it hasn't been for the past 2 months. Whatever has changed in the past 2 months, it isn't working. If you hired or fired or changed procedures, go back. The worst was when I collected a prescription and they didn't get a signature so asked me to sign for a previous collection. These are controlled opioid drugs that they are being so blasΓ© about. Seriously, you need to get a grip of your processes and go back to what you were doing 2 months ago. If you let someone go, I suggest you grovel and get them back. If you hired a new person, I suggest you train them better and if you changed a process, go back to the old way, it isn't fit for purpose. Hopefully you sort it out as I don't like leaving bad reviews but for 2 months now, I can't tolerate it.

Ive had my medication delivered by Cohen's for over 2 years now ! The past couple of months there's been quite a lot of inconsistency, and mixed messages concerning notifications of when medication is going to be delivered, and conflicting phone conversations with a particular member of staff! Who i assume is fairly new ! When I checked by phone last month i was told by the same member of staff that i had to come and collect my medication and I'd never been down for delivery! Not true as ive said its always been delivered! This month! I received a text saying again its ready to pick up ! So i rang to confirm delivery! And was assured that it was ! Only to receive another text saying that it is needs to be picked up! Rang again only to be told delivery driver is on holiday and the new driver dosent want to get lost trying to find my address! What on earth is going on? She also asked if i could get my house mate to pick up my medication on my behalf when he collects his medication! Im not happy about this! Cohen's chemist have a legal obligation to deliver medication to registered disabled people like myself! Without me having to arrange someone else's to pick it up for me ! Besides how im i supposed to check the medication is all there? If its not delivered to me in person? Shocking bad service ive received! When this should be so simple!

Friendly staff, quick service, great advice from the pharmacist when a medication was out of stock. Went over and above to provide good quality information, explained in simple terms. Would recommend this pharmacy.

My prescription was wrong more times than it was right because of the surgery. Cohens took over the ordering of my medicine and I have never had another issue and I no longer have to deal with rude people on the prescription counter in the surgery. Many thanks to all the staff ar cohens

I have just called Cohen's pharmacy and young lady well I say lad she was so cold on the phone and very blunt I asked to check to see if my prescription was ready and asked what it was just put the phone down to go and have a look and said it's 2 layer bandages and then said bye in coldest Rudist way if I had her name I would shame her and report her no wonder it's got bad ratings with people like her serving would never recommend this place to anyone only to say the staff need manners and customer service skills as that's lacking a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!
