Excellent pharmacy. Very professional and efficient staff. Lots of extra services, such as flu jabs. Highly recommended.
Lovely staff, very helpful especially two lovely ladies who works there called Sarah and Paula. So very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them both. What a credit to the area.
I have used this chemist for many years now. I find them extremely helpful, polite, friendly and very professional. They have always gone over and above to help me. I cannot recommend Wains Chemist enough. Unfortunately I can only deal with them by phone but after someone helping me with a lift I did manage to finally meet a few of them. They are all absolutely lovely and so very helpful. I can never repay them for everything they do for me.
This chemist gave me some questionable medication, it smelled very pungent and made me feel sick, spoke to pharmacist, unfortunately got no help and ended up back at the doctors. Never had any issues with other chemists, won't be returning
Staff are always on their phones, talking to each other with people waiting. Not doing the orders when they come in doing it last minute. My old place took less time because it was already done when it comes in from the doctors and their place is a lot smaller than this place. Staff are rude but lying saying its only just comes in when I have prove it was in Friday never know a place like it
We changed our GP practice in December after over 50 years and this is the designated pharmacy. We are so impressed with their speed and efficiency. Whenever we collect our prescriptions we are served immediately and are in and out in minutes. The Well pharmacy we were with previously were hopeless! They regularly didn't have our prescription ready and often were out of stock.
Nice, clean and pleasant little shop/chemist and the staff have always been welcoming, kind, pleasant and helpful. There's also a space for privacy for delicate and private matters.
I would like to thank Liam and all the lovely staff who work tirelessly and provide an outstanding vital service to haughton green. They go above and beyond to help and nothing is too much trouble for them. You have helped us when we needed you and we are so grateful.
Their website and google states it is open till 12.30am on a Saturday this is a lie as we have just been all the way there for my son to find them closed! Update your hours so you dont inconvenience anybody else.
