   Absolute joke, they have had my prescriptions for 4 days with no text they ready, I have come over for them as I now have no medication left for them to say they have gone off site for making up so they can't give me MY medication and said I should wait longer, I told her my GP will not approve my medication any further than a week in advance of the date they due so they have said they'll give me a few of each medication but I have to come back next week; they don't care and move as slow as snails - don't use unless desperate!!!!

   Went to pick up.some Medstead over the counter but the customer service I witnessed against some customers whilst waiting was horrid. The tone and the way the cashier spoke to customers. Not setting a good example . Judging by other reviews it seems like a common theme

   Manager turned up 30 minutes late then advised I could not redeem a flu jab voucher because it was a private voucher. Further research found this was total rubbish and he blatantly could not he bothered, avoid this branch

   Was waiting on delivery of all my prescription Thursday. Then Friday I tried phoning them as I had no blood pressure tablets but the phone was constantly engaged. After asking a neighbour was informed that the chemist as been closed for two days!! No message to say they was closed. Phoned the Well chemist in chadderton and was told they had no idea why it was closed as they had no email informing them of closure!! How bad can it get???

   Been with them for years and sometimes there's been a delay in getting my Prescription through, so they always gave me emergency supply and took them out of order before Icollected them ,now Friday 23rd April I got told a couple of hours before work they wouldn't give me an emergency supply which means I've no medication until monday for my blood pressure or water tablets etc , now because I also work full shifts all over weekend there's no way I can have any medication even if it went through Saturday, as I said this has happened in the past so they know my circumstances. To me now this questions the fact they don't give a dam about the patient, they should know the prescription would of come through ,would like to think they were there to support you for your health and well being will definitely be going elsewhere now this isn't the first time they've had me running around at the last minute .

   GREAT STAFF! This is a small pharmacy yet they manage to keep customers safe with well marked barriers. The Pharmacist is so warm and friendly that I feel it is easy to approach her with a query or to ask her for advice. The previous Pharmacist was always professional too. The Assistants often seem very knowledgable, for example, when locums visit I have heard the assistants telling the pharmacists (discreetly and professionally) what to do and how things work! It is a well run pharmacy and I would be giving it 5* if they always had my script ready when I come on the same day to collect each week. To be fair, the majority of times I have to wait is when a locum is in. Great work, Well Pharmacy!
