Booked an appointment, turned up, told to come back in four or five hours. What is the point? Second appointment cancelled, looks like they are using the consulting room as a storage area. Both doors were open, breaking every hygiene protocol imaginable

This is a family business I think. I remember joing 7yrs ago as lomas were very rude! They have never not had my blister packs ready. I think the origional pharmacist went to well chemist next door. He's my favourite guy. One day my script went down late and he kept the chemist open for me so I could get there. They shut at 6 he stayed open till 6.30 just for me. I'm sure he's like this with everyone. Fantastic chemist x
Another 5 star business. I switched to these about 8 months ago from a pharmacy that had very, very rude people answering there phone. This pharmacy is wonderful, I've always received a polite response and despite some issues with mixed up prescriptions, they have NEVER, EVER failed to get my prescription for me, even upon a delivery, they have gone out of their way to make sure I get it. I believe it is a family business and I must say, they work very well together and it's nice to see, in this day and age, a business that still cares about their customers. Thank you Ashton road Pharmacy, you haven't failed me yet, it's much appreciated. 5 stars from me!
This pharmacy are amazing. We have been with several pharmacy's no one as good as these. They explain things order your prescription from the doctor and deliver. Amazing

I love this place the staff are always very friendly and helpful to me and always go out of their way to help me especially the delivery driver Nads he's really lovely and always tries hard to help.
