   UNRELIABLE. Cancelled my whole groups wedding preparation and relaxation appointment with one weeks notice. Leaving us high and dry… They took full payment which, once refunded was sent in such a way as it took several working days to return to my account. Nothing offered by way of compensation for dropping a pile of poop on our wedding preparations. TOTAL SHAMBLES.

   Booked a few treatments for a surprise for my wife before our holiday. I wasnt sure what i needed, but the girls were so helpful recommending what they could do and built a full package for me, it also didnt feel like they was trying to sell me everything in shop and really worked with my budget the best i could, i managed to even prepay for everything to save any hassle to my wife on the day.

   Just had my nails done by Hayley, and they look great - and they fitted me into a gap this afternoon last minute, so double win! I had a shellac soak off and regular varnish put back on - a combination of Hayley knowing what she was doing and also good products mean that I wasn't at all worried about my nails when the shellac was being taken off. They felt very looked after! And the new varnish is possibly one of the best manicures I've had - so neat! Also it was only £15, which is a complete bargain, and they had a lovely range of colours to choose from. This salon is lovely and friendly, too - highly recommended :)
