From the moment you walk in all the girls are so welcoming! I’ve been going to Laura for my hair for awhile and I honestly cannot fault her. She listens to what I want and also gives advice on how to care for my hair if I ever ask. Couldn’t recommend a better salon.
Had my first balayage today by liv and it’s safe to say she did an incredible job I absolutely love my new hair , she’s very polite and friendly multiple drinks offered during the appointment, 100% recommend.
Best hair salon experience I’ve ever had after having complications with the last. The hairdressers were absolutely lovely and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it! Highly recommend.
I went for my hair done over the weekend here. Would NOT recommend. I wanted a balayage, and came out with I don’t even know what. After spending 4 hours, and nearing on £100, I am now having to have my hair done elsewhere. Several professionals have commented on the work that has been done, suggesting my hair has been over bleached, and that the ombre is no where in sight. After voicing my concerns, i have been offered a free fix but understandably I no longer trust the salon. The reply I got was and I quote “ I am sorry you aren’t happy with your hair”, which I think after looking at the images anyone would feel the exact same. My hair was separated to be dried, cut and styled and never once did the stylist voice her concerns and allowed me to leave the salon. I have since had my messages ignored by the company, and someone who had also voiced concerns were blocked from the page. Just wanted to make others aware, so you don’t end up as upset and out of pocket as myself. 1 star is generous.

All the staff at this salon are so friendly and welcoming I have had Libby do my hair for the past 2 years she is kind and professional and always does a great job I would highly recommend Libby
I had a last minute appointment here and the lady who did my hair was lovely. She spent time making sure my hair was perfect and I felt really looked after. I’ve booked for next time.
