The best chemist in our area. Great communication by text when prescription is ready. The staff are so pleasant and approachable too!
I don’t often write reviews but the service in this chemist is just outstanding. Dropped by in September and a young lady explained everything and set up a link on my phone for me without asking. Had my jab today and the process was well organised with polite and kind staff. Thank you.

The service is excellent, yes they can be so busy I wonder how they cope. I was in the chemist yesterday it was less busy, basically pressure off and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.
Ignore Jack's review PRESCRIBED WRONG MEDICATION AND CANT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE Further to this review I attended again to get my medication corrected. This took around 20 minutes, too long. Whilst I waited the phone rang, a staff member shouts loud enough for all the customers to hear. "Not that bloody phone again". HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT JACK??? Is it the surgey's fault someone's making a call? I STRONGLY recommend you avoid this place if you can, Jack probably eats with flies in his food. There's a pharmacy on the main road near the train station.
Worst pharmacy I have ever been in, prescriptions never ready, staff are rude and arrogant. Called today waited nearly an hour, knew mine was in a basket behind assistant, asked her politely if that was mine, ignored me, served two more customers then deemed to hand it to me. Got home and one item missing, went back, staff denied it now have to go back tomorrow. Changing chemist no tomorrow
A lot of negative nancys on the reviews here. My prescriptions are always on time based on the timelines provided rather than ‘when I need them’. Staff are always polite and friendly even when people are being difficult or obtuse so anyone claiming otherwise was probably the instigator of any conflict. 4 stars because it often gets too busy, but this is probably the surgery’s fault for allocating too many patients to a small pharmacy.
