First time ever at this pharmacy last Friday for my covid and flu boosters.I can only say that the pharmacy was spotlessly clean and all the staff I came into contact with were very smart,courteous and professional, especially the technician who administered the injections.Thank you.

I got excellent service in terms of-firstly Service and manner, Secondly cooperation and help.
Always a friendly and professional service, despite the pressures they face. Sometimes I have to wait for a prescription but that is usually because I have popped in when passing rather than waiting until it is ready to collect. Even then they get the prescription dispensed rather than turning me away, so only good things to say about this pharmacy.
I mean, 25 minutes for a prescription with no one else in the chemist and 4 staff behind the counters. Not very good service sad to say.
Take 1 hr lunch break. Couldnt care less about impact on customer / patient .
I applaud these guys for their help and common sense. GP prescribed 5 times the course length needed and wrong preparation - sorted it at this pharmacy - thank you so much for supporting a boy in tears with his daddy at their 4th chemist x
Told by pharmacy staff at 11am that the medicine I needed they didn't stock and the lady suggested I ring around to find a pharmacy that did! I informed her that when you are unwell this is the last thing that you should have to do. I then rang Hempshaw Lane pharmacy and was informed yes they had it in stock and was really helpful. My phone then rang from dialhouse pharmacy to say she had ordered some and it would be delivered to the pharmacy by 3pm. She said it would take five minutes to mix but they would ring my husband once it was ready. As we were still awaiting the call at 16.45hrs my husband rang them to enquire where my urgent prescription was. We couldn't believe it when the pharmacist (not Dawn) didn't know anything about it. He went looking and found the prescription which had not even been dispensed. He said he had only come on duty that afternoon and had not been given any information. I feel very annoyed as I could have gone to hempshaw lane and would have had one dose by now. If we had not rang that prescription would still be sat there. NOT IMPRESSED at all.. Will be reviewing which chemist I use from now on and this one comes very low down the list.
May I say What a huge Thank you to Dawn and her Superb staff!! Not to mention the first class service I always receive when at the chemist, my prescriptions are always ready for my Severe Bipolar Disorder which is Vital I do!!
