The staff are friendly and helpful. They quickly deal with electronic prescriptions and text you when they are ready for collection so you’re not waiting around. They’re a really good local pharmacy.

Best customer service I've received in a long time. pharmacist and staff are brilliant. answered all my queries without the need to go to my gp. The turnaround time in getting my prescription was within 5 mins!! I’ve never received this brillant service elsewhere. which I think was exceptional! Definitely my go-to pharmacy from now on! Absolutely fantastic, there was a prescription error and it took hours to correct it with multiple visits. The staff inside were understanding and only too happy to help!
I have changed from this pharmacy, as they don't notify you when your prescription is ready for collection (as I normally get notification from my doctors when it has gone to them). When I have been to collect, they can't find it and keep you waiting. Normally have to go back, when I know they have had it for over 2/5 weeks. Staff are aggressive, no emphaty and disorganised, absolute sgamnkes
