I have found staff and owner very helpful and have tried to locate my meds when makers stopped producing Mr Rizwan offered many options and never pulled his face unlike Choens in the surgery
Attended today with my 2.5yr old who I suspected had an ear infection. Was seen very quickly, the service was excellent and the female pharmacist was very professional. Will recommend the minor alignment service. Thank you.
Thank you! I turned up today just as you were closing but you let me in anyway. I needed pharmacy first for antibiotic treatment. I was in and out in 5 mins. Lifesaver and meant I didn’t need to go to a walk in centre.
Possibly the slowest service I've ever received. Staff literally stood around talking over getting things done for customers. Spent over 30 mins waiting for a bottle of antibiotics because the brown haired girl and the back just stood there staring at the bloody wall for 15 of those minutes. Please avoid at all costs. Bloody useless. Staff care more about their make up that customer services

This place is an absolute joke, 1 star is too much. Do not go here. The pharmacist that owns/runs it is so rude, he will have you stood there for 20 minutes before he even approaches you even though it's quite clear he's not actually doing anything. The shop itself is a mess, it's so scruffy, he clearly has no pride. The staff he hires are about 14 years old and haven't a clue about medication. I was regularly getting repeat prescriptions for my 2 year old, he never has the stock in, he doesn't bother ordering it in, and has on more than one occasion made me wait a week to get it. The man doesn't care, and it's very apparent.
Arrived onsite in pain in search of ibuprofen. Collected packet from shelf and waited six minutes before one of the four members of staff who were clearly busy doing nothing, decided to make her way to the desk and without saying hello she greeted me with “is that all you want”?. She proceeded to what seemed to be mess around with the till pc before asking for help from a colleague. Between them, they came to the conclusion that the “bloody passwords had been changed”. I was then told that I would “have to call back later as the till wasn’t working but there’s a chemist up the road I could try” Not an apology insight. This is by far the worst shop in general (let alone chemist) I have ever visited. The staff are awful and appear not to care less about customers or the running of the premises. It’s disgraceful!
Awful!! I have found them very dozy on several occasions. For example today they told me my prescription was ready to pick up, I arrived within an hour to be told by the same man it was not there and had already been picked up. Rang my surgery who said Rizwans needed to produce the prescription to see who had signed for it as obviously not me. Rang Rizwans back to tell them what the surgery had said and they had miraculously found it and said they would deliver it to my house between 4.30pm - 5.00pm to save me going back to collect it. Waited in and guess what 'they didn't turn up". Rang again today to see what was going on ' and they say it will be delivered today after 4.30 pm.....We'll see what happens this time!!
