Not very efficient dealing with prescriptions . They seem to suffer lack of attention and full off excuses , when they are incompetent to dealing with simple questions. Overall this Droylsden branch is filthy, dirty and dust on shelf’s.. Very under stocked with always short off essential items.

You have to queue outside in all weathers to wait your turn to go into the shop to collect prescriptions or to shop (even after COVID) prescriptions are always about a week later than they should be. Still waiting 7 days after a repeat was authorized by doctor. That's not the first time either. You get a great view of the shop lifters too that go in and out 2 at at time and no one does anything they run away then come back for more after 5 minutes. No goods on display so you can't browse. Staff have said there is nothing they can do about shoplifting. They have already shut one Boots down in Droylsden you may as well close this one. I know of at least 2 people that changed to Tesco this week alone for repeat prescriptions at least you get repeats in 2 days. No one wants to see a brand like Boots leave a town centre but the Boots management and police for the shoplifting need to get a grip on what's going on. We had been loyal customers but not anymore. Especially when it comes to your health Such a shame.

Feel sorry for the staff with the shop lifers I definitely need a security guard I highly recommend. There was no staff all in the pharmacy running around like headless chickens. Definitely avoid it will be closed soon. seems like boots don't care about there's staff or customer

Possibly the worst boots in the UK, always late opening, then you have to wait for the computers. Zero people skills on top

Always an unpleasant experience. I've been about 10 times. Staff isn't nice. Not enough staff which is probably why they're not very nice. Very long queues. Staff don't know how to stop a conversation and move customers along. No makeup products are sold here. The shop itself is a little dilapidated. People go here when they literally have no other choice.

Told me that an order would be ready at 4 o’clock same day, went in the following day to pick it up and they said I never ordered it plus nobody answers the phone…useless

I'm changing pharmacy, if they're too busy to answer the phone, they should hire more staff. Simple. I wouldn't mind if it was every now and again, but, anytime your ring them, they don't answer.

It would be really helpful if the staff could answer the phone once in a while rather than making me make an unnecessary journey to see if my prescription has been received. I will be considering changing the place where I send my prescriptions as not answering the phone is very unhelpful and frustrating.

Lately, you can only get in when one of the staff opens the door for you. There was a short queue. However, the service was excellent and they were really fast. Answered all my questions and were kind. The waiting didn't bother me and to have only few customers in made it a good and quiet experience at the chemist.
