   Shambolic pharmacy, attitude issues and don’t care about patients health they can’t keep up with medications on time, then lie and expect you to wait longer and run out of medication, won’t give you anything due to their own mistake. Avoid this place, never got my life dependant medication on time, left and the owner doesn’t want to know. New pharmacist said if I didn’t like it go else where, manners are lacking here. People use chemists to provide a service if that’s what you are after avoid this chemist.

   I have been using this pharmacy for years every month and always been great however there is a new pharmacist and you can tell! I forgot to pick up my prescription last month therefor have run out of medication. Last months medication has vanished as they say they dont keep for over 4 weeks (even though in the past they always have). I asked my gp to do emergency prescription for me they said they could not but that the pharmacy can give a couple of days worth to tide me over until my prescription is ready. Not only did they refuse point blank to do it they said "its not our problem we dont have to do anything" when i asked what else my options were as i would struggle without them for 2 days they just told me its tough! The attitudes of the pharmacist in particular and another young girl working there were disgraceful. I wasnt asking for anything dangerous i just needed 2 days worth of my antidepressant whilst my prescription was being done. Healthcare is healthcare ultimately and if they cannot provide a service they should offer alternatives. All they did was make me feel like i was asking for something illegal and belittled me. Very poor service and I wont be using them again thats for sure. I managed to get it sorted with boots who couldnt do enough for me. Very poor customer service and bad healthcare in my opinion. Coming from 1 healthcare provider to another. Avoid avoid avoid

   Very friendly and helpful staff. Really fast and efficient too especially when picking up a prescription. The max I’ve waited is 20 minutes. Where as at my last doctors pharmacy I used to wait 30 min minimum

   As a regular user for medicaments from this pharmacy I could not wish for better service. The collect and deliver service it offers is brilliant and in emergency will not take the 48 hours normally required. The staff are friendly and helpful and the delivery drivers always have a friendly word. Being some distance from any pharmacy it is great to deal with it.
