   I go into this pharmacy every week to collect my prescription. I have been going here since 2014. * Staff are lovely * I get a text when it’s ready as a reminder * The place is clean * Everyone seems to know you even if they haven’t served you before * The private meeting rooms are great * If I’ve ever asked to order something back to my doctors they are accommodating * If an item hasn’t been sent from my GP that I need and I was expecting they will speak to them for me. In short the staff are lovely and they can’t do enough for you !

   This pharmacy is amazing, they have helped me through difficult pregnancies, serious illnesses and allergies that put me in hospital… the staff are wonderful-very knowledgeable and give important advice when needed. They are friendly and the owner, especially, will chat and ask how I am and my family are with interest and care. They are moving to a lovely new unit sooon which is exciting for them! I’d highly recommend them!

   I visited previously for a blood pressure check as requested by my GP. The staff said generally it’s done between 10am and 2pm, so they won’t be able to do it. This was around 9.30am and it wasn’t particularly busy. I return the following week, between 10 and 2, and this time they say actually they won’t be able to do it until after 3pm. Not helpful at all. Won’t be going back.

   Absoulty discuting customer service , I was spoken to like rubbish and made to feel like s***. Not helpful or sympathetic whatsoever. Spoke to a very rude member of staff. Will be changing my pharmacy.

   Will be finding a new nominated pharmacy after my recent experience. I went in with a prescription on Thursday 7th April for 1 months worth of tablets (84). I was given part prescription of only 6 tablets (2 days worth)! I advised that I would be owed the rest. I told the pharmacist / assistant (can’t remember the name) that I was actually going on holiday for 1 week. They confirmed that they were due a delivery on Friday and that they’d ring me when the prescription was ready to collect. On Friday by 3pm no one had rung me so I contacted the pharmacy. They hadn’t received anymore tablets and advised that they were expecting another delivery Saturday. I was due to be in the airport then so that wasn’t any good. I asked if I was able to collect the tablets elsewhere. I was told that because I had collected part of the prescription, I couldn’t collect elsewhere. If I had known this I would not have taken only 2 days worth of tablets! I was offered no further help and panicked that I wouldn’t have any medication before I went away. Luckily I was able to get another prescription (the pharmacy didn’t offer this advice) from Cheadle Medical Practice and went to a different pharmacy. High Street Pharmacy finally had my tablets available (after a further visit on Saturday by a relative to find they weren’t delivered again and a further request for them to be home delivered which also didn’t happen) on Wednesday 12th April which were collected by a relative. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I won’t be using this pharmacy again.

   I have just contacted this chemist today dealing with a very rude Asian gent claiming to be called Bob. I asked for a lat flow test being informed that you can only pay for a test now even though tests are free until 1st April. His reply was contact the government to complain. I asked for his manager, but he said there wasn’t one there, then hung up. A very rude pharmacy that I will never visit again. No consideration for someone who was ill with covid.

   My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for the past 5 years and have nothing but praise foe their service. Harry has been particularly helpful when dealing with challenging prescriptions. We have recently moved our doctors practice and have stayed with High Street Pharmacy because of the service they provide.
