What a wonderful hair salon. I have been coming here for years, the staff are so bright, bubbly and friendly. They are all very talented, obliging and nothing is too much trouble. The staff take their time with consultations to make sure they give the most appropriate advice for the customer.

First time there to have my hair coloured and a trim. Tracey was lovely, very smiley and friendly and she did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend.
Innovations is a very good hairdresser's all the staff are really friendly they always make you welcome, they make sure that you are looked after, the beautician is very good too.
My 12 year old son and I love going to Karen at Innovations. She's so professional, she listens to what we want, advises and does a really good cut.

My Mother has started to go here and I visited it to say thank you: They do a wonderful job for just £2.00 more than Mums last hairdresser. I couldn't believe the professional and INVITING studio they have created- its friendly, large and the ladies are quite humble and definitely try to be endearing- AND THEY SUCCEED! I GIVE THIS PLACE AND ITS STAFF 10 STARS- Google doesn't give enough- Well Done Ladies and a VERY BIG THANK YOU for what you do for my Mum!
Love going there, staff are great and so helpful. Moved away from area but always book when I am up from Folkestone, see the girls again december 21 hopefully. Prices good and nothing too much trouble and offer support and advice. Thank you x
Absolutely fantastic!! I suffer with alopecia and I am very self conscious and this problem didn't help. I came in from a recommendation from a friend and I'm over the moon with the results. I wasn't much help to the hairdresser as I couldn't make my mind up on style I wanted/needed. They was very caring and worked with me and the style they gave me I fell in love with! Thanks again I would highly recommend!
