   I visited Gorton Pharmacy with my wife for her flu vaccine. We were attended by Sarmad, who was very welcoming, positive, and eager to help. He took the opportunity to check her blood pressure and introduced us to the various services the pharmacy offers, including prescription ordering and delivery. He also provided an information leaflet for us to review. It was a highly pleasant and professional experience — thank you!

   Older staff are disrespectful to anyone younger than them & talk down to them, (Them meaning the customers) There’s a couple that are ok… (Like Donna & Collette) But it’s awful service, Also if you want a prescription filled forget it, It’s either… - Out of Stock, - Or they do have it but one of the workers or their family & friends want it so they don’t give you it… - Then to cap it all off the average waiting time is 1-2 hours… (Your best off traveling to Manchester Pharmacy on Stockport road, average waiting time is 8-12 minutes there) I think head office needs to re-train the newer workers, Only because the other bad ones have told them how they run things & treat people, It’s not good, Then remove the old ones from the back… To be honest the reason for the prescription taking so long is because they sit about & chit chat & make cups of tea/coffee & stand about talking about their private lives.

   This pharmacy is fantastic and every member of staff a pleasure to deal with. They are always patient and helpful even to the predictable number of moaning hypochondriacs that all such establishments have to suffer. They also have a considerable amount of non-medicinal stock at very good discounted prices. 5* fully merited!

   I frequent this establishment every 4 weeks to pick my meds up. The guys in the back are always busy . There can be a wait sometimes but never more than 5 mins. The 2 ladies at the front of shop are diamonds. Nothing is to much trouble too help you out.. I generally deal with the ladies with the dark hair. I forget her name. I think it is collette or something near that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
