   Why hand people Sharps disposable boxes and when they get full and get brought back to the lharmacy you tell the customer that "We dont have the facility to dispose of Sharps boxes". In what world does that make sense? A complaint will be made to GPhC.

   The staff are not helpful with others. I asked them to give me the flu vaccine and they have it. They told me if it is private they will give it to me and if it is the NHS then at another time. What a joke.

   For my prescription, the staff even doesn't check but tells me to go to another pharmacy. It's rude and unacceptable.

   The staff here have changed, it just depends on which pharmacist is working at the time you need help, its a mixed bag, in particular the pharmacist called 'Shaft' was very unhelpful, in a nutshell he couldn't be bothered to help and wanted to get off the phone, very sad as the previous pharmacist Colin was dependable and extremely helpful, does anyone take pride in their jobs anymore? it like dealing with robots and not a human being, yes you can't always expect that high standard of service what the previous pharmacist gave but in general its gone to the dogs, now moving my regular prescription and shopping elsewhere.

   This has got to be the worse pharmacy ever. You have an emergency prescription and get told it may be ready tomorrow if not the day after. What part of NO medication do they not understand. Fuming

   Wasted my time and petrol, it says the pharmacy opens at 6:30am, went there for 6:30am but no one was there, checked the opening time that was also advertised at the pharmacy and it also says 6:30am. Waited around until half 7 and still no one turned up. Why say you open 6:30 and even an hour later no one is there. Such a waste of my time.
