   Recieved medicine that was 6 months out of date, took it back, was told was not in stock, I was advised that they would send me text to advise when it was in stock. No text Recieved, I went back 6 days later and was told yes they had it. Terrible service

   Best service. I have been using this pharmacy for 6 years now. The inside consultation service is great. They guy Ali (Consultant) gives the best advice and medicine if needed. So dont have to book a long waiting GP appointments. 100% Recommended.

He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of.    Pharmacist is rude and some of the staff can be too. Pharmacist seems dismissive and unapproachable. Slow service. Feel like I can't ask for advice as I feel like an inconvenience. Best staff they have are the delivery drivers as they are friendly and polite. More frequently the doctors will send a prescription electronically but the chemist never seem to have it. If there was a better pharmacy close to me I would choose them.

   The pharmacist behaviour is not nice and doesn’t even explain about the medication specially how to use them. Previous pharmacist was very professional and gentle.Very disappointed because always used this pharmacy for collecting all my medications.

   The staff members at the chemist are very irresponsible and act very immature. Last month I wasn't given my full prescription and wasn't even informed about it, I only found this out when I went back home and opened the bag to see one of the prescription missing. This week on Wednesday, I went to the chemist to collect my prescription and was they'll prepare it and I have to wait for them to prepare it. After waiting for 20 minutes I went to the till to ask them where my medication was as I was getting late, the staff member asked the other staff members, who were preparing the prescriptions, none of them had looked at my prescription that she had given them. They only prepared the orders that they received online. They tend to forget and ignore the patient waiting for their medication at the chemist. I told them I'll come another time because I was getting late. None of them felt any guilt and didn't appologise for the inconvenience and their lack of professionalism. I understand that it is a business, but it mustn't be forgotten that the person waiting for their medication is a patient and not a customer.

   Absolutely useless, waste of time and space. Waiting in the queue for 15 minutes, surprisingly last 8 minutes I was by my own, but nobody was on the till. First they cannot find a prescription. I have to ring back to surgery and they confirmed, the speaker was on. Then they find it (mean while one of their staff left during all this drama) and cannot give it as their pharmacist is on break.The old staff just ready to argue and telling all the legal bindings but not accepting the fault as their pharmacist left in front of me. Ask for delivery but cannot deliver as old pathetic answer that we are short staff and full of deliveries and cannot accept anyone new one.
