   Very poor experience with this pharmacy and pharmacist acting on the day (I believe her name is Pritpal and I think she may be a locum). She seemed completely clueless, unable to advise a customer on payment exemption and gave no guidance. When I asked about my antibiotics (how long and how often to take them), her response was simply “just ask your doctor.” Every question was dismissed with no attempt to help or reassure. It’s alarming that a pharmacist dispensing medication cannot provide basic advice. Truly concerning and unprofessional. I don’t doubt she has the necessary qualifications on paper, but the lack of knowledge and professional responsibility she demonstrated was alarming. It raises a serious red flag when someone entrusted to dispense medication cannot explain dosage, leaving patients with more uncertainty than when they arrived.

   Collected medication in closed bag, never bothered to mention that more than half of tablets and Asthma inhalers were missing, tried to call them since 9am phone ringing but no answer, last time they they had to order my medicines when I went to collect they given my medicines to someone else and I had to wait again. Worse pharmacy I have ever seen. I have even changed my pharmacy newtonheath health centre keep changing back to this pharmacy.

   Went in for help regarding my blood pressure my concerns ask for pharmacist he had a beard. He was so helpful signposting to the right information I needed and advised me too to keep it stable. My prescription are also done in time no problem at all with service of the staff keep up the good work.

   It's a nice small pharmacy. The staff are polite and the place is neat. You may not always get your prescription and so have to give them 48hrs or 2 working days. However, when you try to call, their telephone hardly connects.

   We have regular medication for our daughter and this pharmacy is fantastic. They are always run of their feet and work as fast as they can. We do sometimes have issues with our prescription but guess who is to blame? THE GP of course. Thank You Ladies for always looking after us! Especially because our daughters medicines are specials.

   Absolutely no idea what they are doing. My prescription is never ready, their fax machine was broken for 5 days and they wasn't aware. This stopped all the prescription orders being received. 3 times I tried to collect it. End up with a split emergency prescription on a regular basis. The shop is far too small for the amount of people that work there. The only saving grace is the staff are very polite. I'm going to have to use a different one though.
