Been collecting my medications from here for several years. All the staff are very helpful friendly and efficient and I've never had any problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Rudest most unhelpful pharmacist I've ever dealt with. Refused to give prescription as he personally hadn't seen a prepayment certificate, despite other staff having seen it before.

I come here regularly and have never had bad service. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's only a small pharmacy and considering the extra pressures put on pharmacists now, I think they do an excellent job. I used to use a supermarket's pharmacy where they NEVER had all the items on the prescription, were disorganised and not very friendly, so swapping to Well was a good and successful decision.

This pharmacy is posing a risk to public health by employeeing Ahmad Khan. I arrived at 12.30pm for antibiotics for a urine infection. The prescription handr been released by Kenmore but Ahmad COULD prescribe antibiotics for me. Instead he busied himself for 20 minutes. His colleague reminded him 3 times about me. He shouted and berated her. The verbal abuse he gave both of his co-workers was sickening. He obviously is allowed to get away with it. I told him that if he had a 1/10th of the empathy his colleagues had he would be fit to work as a pharmacist. He then said "due to time restrictions" he wouldn't be able to see me. I left without the antibiotics. He also said to hos co-workers that I should have gone to a different pharmacy despite there being 30mins left until closing and the nearest open pharmacy being in Stockport. He is a DISGRACE to his profession. His colleagues should NOT have to put up with the verbal abuse he gave them. I will escalate this to the CEO of Well Pharmacy!!!! He is a RISK TO PUBLIC HEALTH

Absolutely useless, went in and asked if they could order my son’s meds. Pharmacist went in the back and came back out 10 seconds later. She said “there is a shortage of this and to call other pharmacists to see if they could get them. I asked could they order them, “no was the response and call others”. I call Corkers in Warrington, a small independent pharmacy. Within 30 seconds I got “they are ordered, call after 11 tomorrow to check they are in stock” So a small independent can get them within 24 hours, a large profit oriented organisation can’t be bothered to even look. Sorry Well Pharmacy your staff are unhelpful and I’m changing my meds to another, helpful, friendly pharmacy. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Just the worst pharmacy, it's like they've no interest whatsoever. Never met such unhelpful staff before.

Similar to Sammie. I was running out of my prescription and Lloyd's messed up again. Got told to f' off by Lloyd's when I needed to get my prescription sorted in a timely manner. Their 'IT system' went down just before it was my turn in the queue. I think I heard the same story about their system going down they can't do anything two or three times already. Had enough with Lloyds and got in touch with Well people working here. They were super helpful and sorted my prescription in an unbelievably short time. I can't thank them enough and will be always using their services from now on.
