Booked in for flu jab but was refused due to a mild cold. Appointment rescheduled and despite being booked in, still not been seen 20 mins late. Pharmacist aware of 4 people in queue and will still not come out to attend to anyone.
Amina is amazing, always has my repeat prescription ready within 1-2 days, friendly speedy service I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs convenient collection mixed with your shopping trip to take the hassle of parking away too! Thanks Amina.
I started using this pharmacy several years ago after a poor experience locally. I've always found them friendly and helpful, and their availability means it's easy to pick up prescription medication after work. Nice to see Amina back as well!

Lady who runs the till has a power complex, I had an enormous migraine and a very long day at work. Only to be greeted by the troll under the bridge, wanted simply some ibuprofen. But little Miss control couldn’t allow that! I went next door “Boots” and they helped me out. Don’t ever use this pharmacy, unless you would like to be muttered about whilst you’re waiting at the till, two ladies will look you up and down and mutter to each other about you. Then saunter slowly to you and huff and puff before asking what you want. Personally I don’t care, but people just don’t need it, it’s like going back to primary school.
Tareq, Colin and all of the team are always helpful, friendly and professionnal. They make you feel valued, a human being, not just another client. They will do all they can to help and accomodate. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. You are an example for a lot of others.
