Always feel extremely welcome, lovely calm atmosphere. Tash always listens to what I would like and offers her advice. My colour is always glossy, making my hair look and feel healthy and the colour lasts. I feel I can stretch my colour between appointments.
First time experience at The Salt Room. I decided to go with senior stylist Kathrine, who is also the owner, due to not having a great experience with more junior stylists elsewhere (only because I have a long hair and it takes twice as long and appears to overwhelm them). So happy with the result. Best cut I have had in ages, my long hair now has shape, hangs beautifully. I also went for highlights, not had them in many years. I was nervous about this as like a natural look. Wow, so happy with the results, subtle tweaks in Katherine's technique means I have no lines where the colour is. It blends perfectly with my hair, the lift of my natural colour has created a natural sunkist look, creating a natural highlighted look in my strawberry blonde hair. Katherine guided me to achieve a look I am so thankful for. Would recommend and will be going back. Thank you!! Picture taken for review 2 days after cut and styling, the finish was better than this.

Classy place great ambience reasonable prices pleasant staff
Whilst the staff were lovely, I can't justify the price - over a hundred quid for a half head of highlights. The finish was nice, but the number of hairdressers in the area who give comparable results for half the price means I won't go back. Shame!
Excellent hair salon, highly recommend. Really friendly owner and staff, felt really comfortable the whole time and most importantly love my hair cut. Best salon in Calderdale in my opinion!
