Customer service is very poor and Staff behavior is very rude. I'd would like to request to people of Gorton avoid the Mount road surgery.
Repeatedly said my medication will be ready in a day but everytime I go it hasn't been. Pharmacist assured me it would be ready by today but now they're saying they've not received anything and I can take the prescription to another pharmacy. I've been trying to get these meds from them for 2 weeks, I could have taken it elsewhere earlier if they had just said but they kept reassuring that it'll be a day and they're ringing the manufacturer etc. I've completely run out and I have no clue what to do now.
i have seen a lot of negative feed back about this pharmacy but my first visit to this place was great , staff was very friendly and helpful
If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would, they mess you about saying it’s ready in a hour then it was suddenly 48 hours wait, then it’s not in stock.
Had to go to another pharmacy to get my tabs after waiting nearly two weeks why not text to tell me it's not in stock...got a text to say medicine ready got there only one was come tomorrow the lady said for you're others got there sign on door saying closed sorry for inconvenience open tomorrow so another day without my medication that says"don't stop taking this medication only with dr's advice"what on earth a going on in there? Sort it someone before someone's life at risk
This branch is hopeless. Told prescription has been sent off on Thursday (Repeat put in at the Drs Mon) site to be made up and would be in Friday afternoon. It has not come in with the order and will not be in till Monday. After completing they can make it up in the shop from stock they are carrying. Why send it off site to be made up.
Unprofessional behaviour and they start fighting with you if you realised them their mistakes. They don't care about your illness or importance of medication.
