Great pharmacy, the staff are always super helpful and go above and beyond to ensure I get my medication on time. The pharmacist is also very knowledgeable!

Went in on Friday as needed something urgently ,the lady I spoke to was really discreet and helpful and had me sorted Within a couple of minutes , I don’t normally write reviews but with what’s happening on the high streets I think it’s really important to highlight such great service
I have been using whens chemist on gorton rd in reddish for the last 10 years the staff are really friendly and helpful there experience go's a long way to help you i only have to call in there when I need a prescription ordering and they do this straight away great service guys keep up the good work I wont go anywhere else but cohens definitely recommend it to anyone
First time using chemist. Had covid booster. 2 stars is because the pharmacist who dealt with me was nice and polite. Only problem is my arm got infected from the jab and needed antibiotics. Did think it was a bit strange as it’s the first time I’ve ever bled from injection.
Just need to say thank you for your great service with my repeat prescription my nominated pharmacy couldn't get I could have cried at your consideration for my stress and getting my prescription won't forget this thank you ❤️❤️ ❤️
Service was quick and friendly. However, there were at least 8 members of staff present in the shop, and only one of them was wearing a mask correctly, most weren't bothering at all. The person serving me actually pulled their mask down to speak to me!? Seems like Cohen's don't care about keeping their customers safe. Will be going elsewhere in future.
Counter staff customer service appalling. . .member of family has just been to collect medication. Stood waiting at counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, all it requires is for a member of staff to look up and apologise for the wait and to acknowledge that you are waiting. Not the first time this has happened, maybe some training is required in customer services.
Handed percription in, no mention of a 30 min wait. Waited 30 minute's and asked was there a problem. Member of staff told colleague who was enquiring, they were busy. While I was waiting 5 percription's were called out, are they now doing percription's for the dead because not one living person in there came forward. I was then approached by a younger member of staff who couldn't even look at me to tell me that they will have to order the product in. I then said that this was not exceptable and just not good enough. I never used any offensive language and I was not abusive in anyway. The pharmacist approach me and was not happy I was complaining. Someone shouted from the back they've been busy, I disagreed. Not one person waiting got called. Who were all these other people they were shouting? A bit of communication would of been greatly appreciated. They must know how backed up they are. I will not be using this chemist again. There were 10 members of staff working on percription's just not the right ones.
