Prices seem slightly more steep than that of other Pharmacy's (in the area) for over the counter medication...Some of the staff seem nice and friendly..Although one or two are a bit too serious looking
Used this pharmacy yesterday through hunting high and low for my medication due to manufacturing shortages. The gentleman here couldn't of been more helpful, polite, friendly in helping me . He really is how you would want to be treated in any customer based setting. One happy customer. 5 star service from me. Wherever you go after Friday sir I wish you the best. Kindest regards
Avoid this pharmacy. They charge more than DOUBLE the price to standard meds compared to other pharmacies in Levenshulme. When I asked for a refund for a medication I just bought there and then (because it was so much more expensive than in the other pharmacy just around the corner - I only realised when checking the receipt), I was told they couldn’t do a refund!!
The WORST pharmacy... their website states they close at 6:00pm, I left work early to go collect my prescription to find them closed at 4:30pm on a Friday I have no meds at all for the next 3 days ( Today and the weekends )
Why you are keeping this saying free blood pressure check .and then you ask me for money to pay
Used to be a good pharmacy. But presently perhaps the worst. The staff is highly unaware and unfriendly and needs training for customers service especially Ms Rana, who is perhaps taking the business as inherited ancesstoral domain. Really pathetic. I will switch over to other pharmacy for better customer service. Not recommended to others
As a neighbour who buys regularly and collects prescription in this pharmacy, I disagree with the bad reviews stated by other people. The service is really good, staff members are kind and willing to help and my prescriptions are always on time. Thank you.
