Booked flu jab and arrived a few mins late as traffic was horrendous. Refused to see me. There was no one else waiting and I was there inside the 10min window they gave me. I have now lost nearly two weeks work to the flu. Ridiculous.
I found the pharmacist to be sadly lacking in customer care skills. I was in severe pain, as was obvious from my prescription, emailed by my GP on Monday. My son tried to collect it on Tuesday, and was told it was in, but wouldn't be ready until after 12. I went to collect it today and it STILL wasn't done. I waited, informing the assistant that I was in extreme pain and would wait. Upon receiving my prescription, I asked her to tell the pharmacist that his customer service skills are sub-standard...
I visited your store on 18th June 2025 at 5:05 PM to purchase a nasal spray. I waited for over 12 minutes to be served, despite a staff member being present at the counter. Unfortunately, he appeared to be occupied with something on the computer and showed no intention of attending to the queue. This felt quite unprofessional. It seemed as though he had just returned from a tea break and was disengaged from customer service responsibilities. The lack of attention and assistance was disappointing and left me with a poor impression of the service at your store. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the customer experience moving forward.
I’m so glad that I don’t wait until I run out of medication before I start my order. Sometimes I may have to wait a few days before I get my order. At least they don’t give me different medication to what the Dr has proscribed because it’s unavailable. I don’t even mind them not delivering. Opening til 9pm is good too.
Absolutely rude staff on the pharmacy refuse to sell you stuff just because someone else asked for the same that day like every white person knows each other absolute racist and rude will never be using again and will be making sure no one I know ever goes to the disgrace of a pharmacy
One of the better pharmacies in the area that I have used, the regular staff are attentive although the design of the counter means they aren't always able to see that there are people waiting, and vice versa - I would suggest a bell for customers to press but then you would just get a lot of impatient dingbats dinging it like it's Fawlty Towers. When you are being served, the service is very fast.
I went here tonight with a bad infection in my eye the clown behind the counter i asked him some advice on what to get plus a sleeping remedy i bought he said in an arrogant manner read the label your there to help people not speak to people like a piece i wont say on here this clown needs sacking and some one better that actually helps people and cares shocking customer services
Only problem I find it’s that some of the staff has no clue what they doing. You get told sorry no medication has been ordered and than you tell them yes was in such day and they still say no, than u see the proper pharmacy staff and out the blue actually the medication was there after all, but looks like you using the stacking shelves staff to sort peoples medications instead of proper trained one , or u get a text message saying your meds are ready to collect and when u get there u got told they are not even on the system, but also got to say that when u find the proper staff there they are very good , but stop putting kids on the counter cos they haven’t got a clue but they giving advice out as if they know anything about it , I know more and I am not even trained for it
Have to always wait even when there's no customers as the staff are always chatting. Sometimes they don't have what you need in stock (or don't even sell), which is a let down being a store you'd think they'd be well equipped and the waiting time for medication when they do have them in stock (or do sell them) is ridiculous. Not everyone needs to do a shop every time they go in for medication. I've just stopped going to the asda pharmacy altogether.
