DO NOT RELY ON THIS PHARMACY. My recent experiences here were terrible , showing a severe lack of professionalism and basic customer care. If you have an urgent prescription, go elsewhere. They never pick up their phone I have called them continuously but they haven’t pick up and my medicine was urgent and I have been trying for weeks.
Unfortunately I didn't get the pharmacist's name but he was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure I was able to obtain the medication I needed. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend this pharmacy to others.
I was well impressed by the cleanliness and staff professionalism and their friendliness. The pharmacy is wheelchair accessible but you may find the consultant rooms a little tight squeeze. I'm sure the staff will help in every way. Another thing impressed me was their automated dispensing system. I was mesmerised to the the robotic machine dispensing and restocking medicine. The pharmacist Arslan (I think that was his name) was very helpful and friendly. He has the knack of taking blood sample without any pain. Thanks Arslan.
I have come here for blood test several times. Mr Arslan Rehmani took my blood very gently and professionally. I did not feel any pain or sting during it. The result always comes within 1-2 days. Thank you Mr Arslan Rehmani. Highly recommended.
Such a great high-tech Pharmacy with such lovely staff. They're always very helpful and friendly, even when the store is very busy. Today I got my ears pierced there by Sam who was so kind. I'm so pleased with the results!
I was recommended this pharmacy as I had issues with dullness of hearing. I was assessed by the Pharmacist and considered suitable to undergo "microsuction" after a screening consultation. I was kept fully informed whilst undergoing the initial investigation and was shown the areas of concern that may be responsible for the dullness. I consented to the treatment and noticed a massive improvement after the treatment was completed. I was advised to use ear drops regularly going forward to avoid future issues. 100% recommend
Very helpful pharmacy. My daughter was prescribed some antibiotics that were impossible to get anywhere in Manchester. I called this pharmacy who advised me to get a new prescription from 111. This was sorted and I have just picked up my daughters medicine from a clean spacious pharmacy and was served by happy and polite staff. I was even shocked to see a robot hard at work in the stockroom!! I will definitely use this pharmacy again. Even if it was not my local chemist. Thanks
A great pharmacy where all the staff are very helpful and have time to give advice. Offer a wide range of services. The giant dispensing robot is a treat to watch whilst waiting for a prescription.
