The staff here are always helpful. They promptly send a text when repeat medication is ready for collection. They have gone out of their way to help me obtain the medicines I have needed. They open late enough so you have time outside of work hours to collect medication from them.
Great late night opening (although changed from 10pm to 9pm) but dinnertime closing hours are really inconvenient as that is when many people need to nip out of work to pick up prescriptions. I have frequently arrived and then remembered I can’t access the pharmacy during my dinner hour. Service is also very slow - pharmacists often talking for ages before they notice you. Some friendly staff but others a bit abrupt.
Fantastic service. Popped in on the way past to access the pharmacy first service. Was seen quickly and had a comprehensive consultation and they were able to help there and then with anti biotics. Polite and friendly, would definitely use again.

So slow no matter what time you go you’re always having to wait 10-15 mins it’s a joke
I would give them a half star if I could. Every time they make me come 3-4 times for my prescription they always say we don't have this medicine please come some other day and i still don’t receive anything. Happened several times now
Would give a zero if there was an option. Been calling since 10 am this morning to 7 pm and no one answers the phone. I understand you’re busy but the whole point of us patients ringing is soo that we don’t actually have to come into the pharmacy and take up your time further. What a joke. Time to switch.
