   I usually visit this pharmacy during the week, and the staff always seem a bit overwhelmed, which can make things feel slightly disorganised. However whenever I visit over the weekend, I have a much better experience. It’s always the same two staff members who work very well together as a team. Their communication and organisation make the service feel smoother. You don’t really see the same level of teamwork or communication during the weekdays.

   I visited this pharmacy on Saturday and was really impressed with the service. Even though there were only two staff members working and it was quite busy, they handled everything efficiently. The young gentleman served me quickly and had my medication ready in no time. The young lady, who looked very young, was still extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. They both worked well under pressure and ensured patients were seen to promptly. Excellent service overall.

   My doctor sent my prescription through on the same day I was due to go on holiday, so I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get my medication in time. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Maryam, and she was incredibly helpful. She arranged everything quickly and had my prescription ready for me without any issues. I really appreciate her efficiency and kindness. Exceptional service!

   A clean local pharmacy open every day until 11pm. However prescriptions are extremely slowly dispensed. Having to wait up to an hour one day to be told to come back next day for owings. To wait nearly another hour for a single item does grate when it's nearly every time.

   I am unable to get to the pharmacy at the moment and they deliver my medication promptly. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Compared to other pharmacies I have used they work harder trying to give the best service to customers, dispensing medication as soon as it received electronically and providing advice on the phone.

   Great team and organisation. They offer delivery and help keep me updated with my medication. I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy. I hope they read the positive and useful reviews :-)
