If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am type 1 diabetic and time and time again do I run short of insulin due to this pharmacy. They never have any stock in, they always make up excuses and I end up paying the price with anxiety and medical issues. They should be CLOSED DOWN!!! It is disgusting and disgraceful how they treat medical conditions and treatments as if they can be put on hold or pushed back the timeline as if we donβt rely on them to live! I am furious and this is not the first or last time this place has let me down, huge huge warning to anyone who thinks about using this placeβ¦ DONT!

Great service. Kind and lovely young lady named Yusara wearing a headscarf served me and helped me chase up my prescription from my GP by ringing them up for me. Not to mention the beautiful smile on her face the entire time she was serving me - made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Restored my faith in good customer service!

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now. Have my medicines on repeat. They have never faulted with my perscriptions always recieved the corecct mount the correct medication and if not in stock always attemp to get it in as soon as possible such hardworking staff and always try to get things done promptly professionally and well stocked and well managed. Fantastic pharmacy. They treat you like a family alsways welcoming with a smile kaleem is a great gentleman always open professiinal and welcoming into the pharmacy and also staff are fantastic. Never have the medication in stock. Don't give the correct amount. When you speak to the pharmacist, she is lovely and chases things up and is extremely efficient and professional. However I dont really want conflict every time I go to collect my medication.

Possibly one of the worst customer services that I have ever received. During the time of service, the young assistant was attempting to be helpful, but by no fault of her own she was held back by the 'pharmacist.' To begin with, he told her incorrect information about an over-the-counter medicine, claiming that the drug could only be obtained through doctoral prescription. This information is incorrect. UK Government legislation on the drug clearly highlights that the drug is available on 'both prescription, and it can also be bought at pharmacies, without a prescription,' this is further published on the 'Lloyds Pharmacy' information page. Furthermore, the 'pharmacist', came out to explain this false information with his airpods in! Secondly, the respect and comprehension as to how to treat customers was finite. The average wait time per-customer was 10 minutes, which could be understandable, if the 'pharmacist' took his airpods out and explained to frustrated customers why they were forced to anticipate their needed prescriptions. How can this possibly present a professional, principled and assertive 'pharmacist'? As a pharmacy student, this experience has left me uninspired and completely discouraged, I hope to see a change.

First rate service, my granddaughter who suffers from chronic eczema had been prescribed medication from Withington Hospital. After ten days of fruitless searching at several chemists, including those on the High Street, non of whom had stock or were interested in ordering this item. We were pointed in the direction of Ladybarn Chemist. I spoke to a gentleman called Kaleem, and the following day he phoned me back to confirm it would be available in 24hrs. He even called when it was ready, thank you, Kaleem.

Great to start with but on collection day or a day before say weekend nothing is ready so had to go without. Still awaiting a 2nd box of pills not given to me when I collected. It said container 1 of 2 but then I had 2 separate medications so 2 containers...not great when working various shift patterns

When I joint them for monthly medicines delivery, they did it perfect! Unfortunately, their service in this has noticeably worsened; every month I have to call both the surgery and the chemist several time asking for my meds because have been run out, and after all I must send someone to collect them!!

I came in to collect a prescription and the staff were very helpful. The pharmacist took time out to explain to me how to take the medication and what side effects I could get. The counter staff were also very helpful ( she stayed after he shift was done and made sure I got everything I needed). Will definitely nominate my whole family to the pharmacy.
