   Won’t be using them again . Prescription sat there ( I’m on delivery service) 12feb until my husband picked it up 10 days later - no communication and unhelpful and rude on the phone The delivery driver is a lovely man though !

   Would be zero stars if would allow.Rude staff who talk about you when you can still hear everything on the other end of the phone.Manager not interested and coming up with pathetic excuses as to why your prescription wasn’t ready 10 days after being submitted , and they then can’t follow instructions when part is missing .

   The staff are so rude and unhelpful..awful people. I have telephoned them eight times today and they do not answer the phone. This could be an emergency. Who the hell do they think they are in there to treat pepole so appaulingly. Judging by how i have bedn treated by the awful staff...the women and especially the mab with the grey hair im not surprised that they dont answer the phone and they feel they have no responsinbily towars their customers. Ive made an official complaint. But judeging the the reviews conplaints are not dealt with. Sack the lot if them and emply better people.
