Worst Chemist in Oldham. Staff are rude and ignorant and the most unhelpful people I’ve come across. I’d drive an extra 20 mile just to avoid.
Terrible customer service, the manager kept shrugging his shoulders when I was discussing a problem I'd had. Told him I was changing to an online pharmacy which is a shame as I would prefer to keep it local but he didn't care. Things are always out of stock, you have to go back twice for items, just terrible!
Recently gone down hill here. Waiting for prescriptions and told to come back in a few days. Go back and still got some missing and again etc. I have now run out of meds. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere as the service is poor.

Dropped my partner of to pick prescription up and was told they couldn't give out due to no pharmacist being on site beggars belief changing ASAP what next no hairdressers at the hairdressers!!!!!!!
I have used this chemist for a good few years,and i always found them to provide a good service, until this week, i wont go into great detail but i have to say that the attitude of the chemist and staff STINKS. i have now SACKED them and i am taking my custom elswhere.
The staff are very friendly and worked especially hard and very brave through this pandemic and still been there friendly ,cheerful , helpful selfs thank you all for the support you have given me especially over the past few years once again thank you and keep up the brilliant job/service you provide
Service was really poor, pharmacist was very rude with his name calling when he thought I couldn't hear. Rather go to wells.
