Repeat prescription not being ordered and false promises on the collection day and times.Visited multiple times and didn’t get the tablets.
Awful attitude of staff that never get your medication on time!!!
This is the worst chemist I have had to use. Mum and Dad have to have their prescriptions done there so when phoning to see where they are is a joke. It wants shutting down. I phoned 17 times and still couldn't get through. Do yourself a favour and headache find somewhere else.
Impossible to get in touch. Spent 2 hours trying to speak to someone but no one answers the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. I understand they are busy but really needed to speak to someone. It’s now going to be 3 days before they are open again due to bank holiday, so maybe if they are that busy they need to employ someone to answer the phone.
This pharmacy is getting worse several months ive had to ring to find out where my meds are and why im not getting the correct amount,and for the past 3 months i cant even get someone to pick up or when it is its put straight down, i struggle to get there myself and if i have to your faced with a big queue due to others having the same problems
Been in pharmacy today they owed me scripts from 2nd wk in April wasn't even ready still had to wait plus watched the lad thats in pick up the phone when rang and put it down without answering it that call could have been urgent. Yes they are overrun and extremely busy and they need more staff as they getting it from patients waiting, not fair on them
Great service and friendly staff. There are several people in the back area, but you are never ignored. The reason they don't come rushing out to you is they are fulfilling prescriptions which take time, and need to be checked by the pharmacist. Would you like them to rush your medication and get it wrong?
