   I am writing this review with great disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at Lees Road Pharmacy. As a customer who is currently battling illness, I expected to receive proper care and attention from the staff. However, I was shocked to witness a complete disregard for basic health and safety protocols. One of the most alarming aspects of my visit was observing staff members who were visibly sick, yet not wearing masks. In the midst of a global health crisis, it is absolutely essential for businesses, especially those in the healthcare industry, to prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers. Unfortunately, Lees Road Pharmacy failed miserably in this regard. By allowing sick employees to interact with customers without taking necessary precautions, Lees Road Pharmacy is not only jeopardizing the health of its customers but also contributing to the spread of illnesses. This lack of responsibility is not only unprofessional but also unethical. As a result of this negligence, I am now even more ill than before. It is disheartening to think that a place that should be dedicated to healing and promoting well-being would be so careless with the health of its customers. I expected better from a pharmacy that claims to prioritize customer care. I strongly urge Lees Road Pharmacy to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is imperative that they enforce strict protocols to ensure that sick employees are not allowed to interact with customers without proper protective measures, such as wearing masks. Additionally, the management should provide proper training and education to their staff regarding the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers. In conclusion, my experience at Lees Road Pharmacy was nothing short of disappointing. Their lack of concern for customer safety, particularly during a time when health is of utmost importance, is unacceptable. I hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure the well-being of their customers.
