   My prescription is often late but also dangerous to my health as I'm not supposed to miss my medication I have heart disease stage 4 copd vascular disease and a whole host of other things but I put my script in on bank holiday Monday in there letter box and didn't receive my meds til 8 days later I was without 2 of my tablets for 4 days when I phoned to ask where it was she just said you will get it tomorrow I explained I has already been without 2 of them for 4 days but she didn't even apologise or give me a reason looks like I'm going to have to put it in 2 weeks before it's due

   I have just called in here and asked if the pharmacist if he could check my sore throat. He was thorough, friendly and efficient. He established I had an infection and issued me with antibiotics. I couldn't have asked for better service, definitely better than my own GP surgery! I will not hesitate to visit again if any minor ailments occur.

   I always have issues with the reception at my GP but the pharmacy always try go above and beyond. I had a huge issue where my prescription had been sat on reception for a week. The lady at the pharmacy sorted it out within minutes.

   The short now pregnant asian lady who serves people coming into the chemist is quite rude. She judges a book by its cover instead of reading the book 1st.

   Don’t expect your medicine to be delivered on time or at all for that matter. Management is clueless and the pharmacist no better and on the rare occasion you get your prescription it will have either missing or miscounted medication. Stay clear if you value your health.
